Week 410/26/2023 We made Mexican food for week 4. We cooked Mexican fried rice and it was surprisingly good considering the fact it took us a couple hours to make and we burnt the bottom of it but we made it work we put to much water in it and it wouldn't fry but we drained some of the water out and we managed to make it work after that and if you didn't realize the bottom was burnt you would of thought it was completely normal.

Week 1: Introduction to our idea10/4/2023 Our project and goal would be to cook different cultural dishes for 12 weeks each week we would make different dishes from countries all over the world. We enjoy cooking and would like to expand our skills in cooking and it's always good to have variety in this type of skill. We would also write down how different the food is compared to the food we would normally eat and how difficult each dish is or was to make. At the end of the 12 weeks we would like to have these skills basically mastered. After each dish is done we will document our progress on how we learned different styles of cooking and how it was different then other food we have had before.
